This policy complies with Google Play Store and Indus App Store developer policies, explaining how we collect, use, state, and protect your information when using our Android application.

1. Information We Collect

InfoMint operates on a passwordless OTP (One-Time Password) model. The personal data and device information we actively collect includes:

• Email Address: Used strictly for sending your OTP and uniquely identifying your device/purchase history.
• Device Identifiers (Android ID, Advertising ID): Anonymous hardware IDs used uniquely to bind your active sessions and prevent unauthorized subscription sharing.
• Crash Logs & Diagnostics: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic logs utilized for app stability improvements.

2. Data Utilization & Storage

Your email and device parameters are utilized strictly to:

• Authorize access to premium educational content and purchases.
• Maintain your offline-sync status within the app database.
• Prevent account abuse, digital piracy, and secure license verification.

We absolutely do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or device data with third parties. Data is kept encrypted on our secure cloud servers located within compliant jurisdictions.

3. Data Deletion Policy & Retention

As per global app store policies, you maintain the fundamental right to have your data erased. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data (including email and device bindings).

How to request deletion: Simply send an email to our Support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process and wipe your identifying records entirely from our active databases within 14 business days. Note that deleting your account will revoke your ongoing access to previously purchased Premium Passes.

4. Security Standards & Anti-Piracy

We deploy robust, military-grade security. Our Android application utilizes SQLCipher to entirely encrypt local SQLite databases, neutralizing threats from data-mining. Communication with our servers is safeguarded through SSL Pinning, preventing man-in-the-middle interceptions. We strictly enforce policies against reverse-engineering and DRM stripping.
