By accessing or using the InfoMint Android application and its associated checkout portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms align with Google Play Store and Indus App Store compliance policies natively. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

1. Access & Account Security

InfoMint provisions accounts via OTP authentication securely linked to your device ID. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your designated email inbox to ensure nobody compromises your secure OTP access key.

2. Payments, Digital Goods & Refunds

Premium content (UPSC batches via Deep Canvas modules) within InfoMint is considered Digital Goods. Billing may occur directly through our certified web gateway at https://api.prabhenterprises.in or directly through the native In-App Billing APIs of Google Play or Indus App Store where applicable.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate offline-caching nature of our infographics, all digital goods purchases are final and non-refundable once content synchronization starts, except where explicitly mandated by local consumer laws.
• Lifetime Access: A "Premium Pass" implies full lifetime access strictly tied to the life of the digital product, provided the account is in good standing.

3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Policy

All infographics, text blobs, deep canvases, layouts, and structural app components are the exclusive intellectual property of InfoMint. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for digital theft.

• Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass our `FLAG_SECURE` screenshot prevention technologies or using screen-recording overlays.
• Users are strictly prohibited from modifying the APK payload to extract decrypted SQLite content.

Any account found running on untrusted emulators or rooted devices demonstrating an intent to bypass our native RootBeer detection will face immediate, permanent account suspension without refund.

4. Offline Features & Sync Verification

While the app operates gracefully offline, users must connect to the network periodically. Our background worker synchronization node enforces digital rights management (DRM) and evaluates active subscription status securely to maintain offline content availability.
